The purpose of the Scholarship and Training Programs of the Organization of American States (OAS) is to help the Member States in their efforts to achieve their objectives of integral development while supporting the development of their human resources in priority areas of the Organization. With this objective, the Government of China, through the Ministry of Education of China (MOE), in cooperation with the OAS, Department of Human Development, is offering support to citizens of OAS member states by providing partial scholarships to pursue undergraduate and graduate studies in China in any field of study available to international students starting in September 2010. The China Scholarship Council (CSC) is responsible for the enrollment of international students and carries out the routine management of Chinese Government Scholarship Programs.
