OSU is committed to the internationalization of education in the State of  Oklahoma, as well as building better relationships with our southern neighbor and partner in higher education. As part of this commitment, OSU offers partial tuition scholarships to outstanding Mexican students who want to do their graduate studies at Oklahoma State University. The scholarship consists of a waiver of the nonresident portion of the university’s tuition- this covers more than half of the education expenses for students pursuing Master’s or Doctoral degrees.
